1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [3 - 5 business days] (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

4. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Pakistan only.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the product immediately and contact us within [24hours] of delivery.
If your order is lost in transit by the courier company, we will investigate the issue and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
